Dr. Bronner’s Stands Up for Climate Action
Dr. Bronner’s is a founding partner of the Climate Collaborative, founded to leverage the power of the natural products industry to reverse climate change. The new effort will officially launch March 8 as it co-hosts the first ever Climate Day with New Hope, producers of Natural Products Expo West. The Climate Collaborative is encouraging the natural products industry to combat climate change by making a commitment to one or more of these nine commitment areas: Agriculture, Energy Productivity, Food Waste, Forests, Packaging, Policy, Renewable Energy, Short-Lived Climate Pollutants, and Transportation. Dr. Bronner’s will be making commitments in eight of nine areas. For more information, see: www.climatecollaborative.com.

For Dr. Bronner’s, the Natural Products Expo in Anaheim is always an important opportunity to promote sustainable and ethical practices. This year the top-selling brand is partnering with other industry leaders to sponsor discussions on how regenerative organic agriculture and raising animals on pasture while eating less meat overall can sequester huge amounts of excess carbon from the atmosphere and build it into healthy soil, while increasing crop productivity. Regenerating soils on our farm and rangelands is one of the most significant steps we can take to mitigate climate change. CEO, David Bronner and other company representatives will participate in the following three events at Expo West. For more information, see: http://climateactionnow.drbronner.com/.
