Tejan Hamid joined Movement Media in 2025. He is driven by a deep belief in the power of strategic communications to elevate social change, create visibility for marginalized voices, and drive collective progress. As a Public Relations Specialist, Tejan supports media outreach, message development, and project management to generate positive media coverage and strategic publicity for our clients and partners.
Tejan has nearly a decade of experience in impactful storytelling and relationship-building in the world of public relations. Prior to joining Movement Media, Tejan led campaigns across the finance, nonprofit, entertainment, and education sectors, driving strategy, securing media coverage, and producing community-centered events. His approach to public relations is rooted in collaboration, creativity, and a strong sense of purpose, shaped by years of both agency and freelance work supporting mission-driven individuals and organizations.
When he’s not working, Tejan enjoys exploring the world through travel, experimenting in the kitchen, and staying active on the soccer field. He’s also passionate about music and tending his garden in Maryland.
